I've just spent a wonderful week at Central Saint Martins summer course titled '100 Design Projects', run by Rod Judkins. I wanted to record this creative experience, and share some of the work and ideas I came up with during the course.
The projects were really fast, ranging from only 5-15 minutes each! They were designed to encourage us not to be too precious about the work or end result. We were encouraged to think in an open-minded, free-ranging manner. Projects varied from typography to packaging, advertising to illustration, and branding to poster design.
Although I still feel completely exhausted from the course and intensity of it all, I also feel really reinvigotated, and full of new ideas. The name of the blog is 101 rather than 100 Design Projects, as I'll be sharing various other design projects that I work on in my spare time :)
